Refund Policy is committed the complete satisfaction of our floral customers. In the event you have a concerned regarding your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the floral arrangement.

For a refund of the purchase price, the original arrangement must be return to Blooms.

At the discretion of our customer, Blooms will either replace the order or provide a full refund of the purchase price.

  • If cash was used for the purchase, a cash refund will be provided.
  • If a credit card was used to secure the purchase, the original card will be credited.
  • If a personal or company check was used to secure payment, at the discretion of the customer, a credit voucher will be issued immediately, or a cash refund provided within ten days of the floral delivery date.
